My baby had 9 months but she can't sitting. she crawling also. We are consult the neurologist. Doctors say bera test is required is it true

My daughter is 14 months old and she is coughing, Levolin syrup is prescribed by the Doctor, Is it safe? Its slight wet cough but she cannot cough out and her voice is also slightly changed.

My daughter turned 1.5 months old yesterday. She was given hexamim and prevenar13 vaccine yesterday at 8:15 pm. She was fed at 9:30 pm and 11:45 pm. She puked at 12 midnight and is very lazy since then. She didn't cry for feeds today and has taken very few feeds today
