My 4 years old kid eats well only when she takes practin syrup, i am worried abou the side effects. need your advice please.

My son is 1 year 3 months old. In his one eye redness is there. Doctor told allergic conjunctivitis and given him Alerid Syrup and olopat drop. In this condition can he take his 15th months vaccine?

Is Zincovit syrup will increase the appetite of my 2yrs old baby since after fever she is eating very less
