Child Health Issues

Hi, I live in chennai and the climate is getting hotter so we use AC at a minimum level so that myself and baby gets good sleep.. But we notice nasal block in the baby... Pls guide we used NASOCLEAR as prescribed by our pediatric.. Still need a guidance regarding AC usage(can we continue the drops and habituate him for ac) Note:he is able to have his feed(brest feeding) But takes lot of breaks due to the block..

Will teeth start to come out at 3.5 months for a baby? My 3.5 months lo has symptoms of teething like chomping thumbs, excessive drooling. I could see his gum is whitish and swollen at the place where canines grow. Will canines grow first. How common is this. Should I taking him to paediatrician?

My daughter has occasional fast breathing. Only when she is awake. Also she is active. No fever or any other symptoms. What may be the r reason. Her heart condition is normal. What might be the reason please advice
