Child Health Issues

My baby is five months and is squeezing her belly and grunting when lying on her back.The pressure can be seen on her face as it bcms red.The stools are a kind of constipated.I am really clueless what to do.I am asked to give her One third of Lanzol junior 15mg dissolved in water as i dont hv breastmilk.kindly suggest.Thanks in advance.

Mere 3yrs old bet OK Lucy time se baar baar fever n cold ho raha hai. First doctor prescribed prefect and then solvin cold both failed. Then a child specialist prescribed rocin100, parace, liancet mt and pericort. 6 days course cured him fully but after 4 days he again having the same. I asked doctor for blood test but he said not needed. What I can do old suggest this time he is restless

Bed wetting at night and still we use diaper for him.. He is sensitive to cold but active when he is in good Health ..hence what should I do to solve this problem.. Because he doesn't want to wear diapers at night .

My girl child aged 3 years has been having white spots on her tongue for a few months now. She is keeping well, eats well and playing well. First child and is very active..Always engage himself in some activity.  Poor eater...mother &grand parents spend much of their time to feed..he takes 1 chapati in milk/sugar...rice&dal...chicken/mutton gravy with rice...as three meals...in between some snack depending on his mood. Milk intake is 200 ml in 24 hours. Concern is that he is so skinny and doesn't put on weight.
