Child Health Issues

My kid is suffering from loose motion and very frequent fever from last 7 days. Currently diagnosed with haemoglobin 8. The fever comes at least 5 times a day with temp as high as 103deg. Currently giving medcn calpol120, ondem, walamycin and electral ORH. Need suggestion.

My daughter is 6 months old , she has been puking since last night , she has cold and cough as there is mucus in her vomit . Had mashed carrot yesterday and milk .

My son (who is 5 years old) woke up this morning with a rash on his legs,arms, and a little on his face. It seemed like as the day went on it was getting a little better but then tonight it started to spread worse. Now it's on his back,stomach,neck,ears, and more on his face. He does not have a fever and he is not in pain he just says once in a whole it itches. What could this be and what should I do?

Is it recommended to take oil bath on Sundays after 10AM for my son? He is 3.5 years old. Will it affect his health in any ways? Please help.

We have given 2 dose of rotavirus in 2nd and 4th month. In 6th month doctor told baby is crossing 6th month in 2 days and restricted to do rotavirus saying it will cause side effects. Doctor told there won't be any problem if we don't give 3rd dose. Please suggust, we need to give rotavirus after crossing 6th month or not ? Also suggust, if not giving 3rd dose of vaccine, will it create any problem?

My daughter had cold, fever, loose motion, vomit. As per doc advice gave vomikind 3 times before food, calpol 3 times, enterogermia 2 times, normed 2 times.. now cold, loose motion and vomit stopped. She was active and no fever yesterday. Today again fever started. Following medicines for past 5 days . Pls help

She has fever 101 to 103 since morning and when we give t98 paracetamol than release fever and after 4 hours again fever come, so please suggest what should do now.
