He is 7.3 kgs, he is 8 months old infant male, He started eating solid now but not gaining weight need advice

My daughter's age is 3. 5 month. Last 20 days she is suffering from a problem. We find mucus with her stool. She passes latrine average 7-8 times per day. She is feeding NAN1.

Last three days he is having vomiting and from last night he is lethargic diet is decrease. He's not taking food.

She had a cramp on right hand after that we observed lump on same area and from last 2 days it's still in same condition. I have consult with local doctor but as per him it's just a normal cramp issue. Please advise what action to be taken on this.

My baby is 9 month old . As am giving calshine, Atoz, ferrir. For teething shal I give her Bc21.

My 8 months old baby girl is down with loose motion since yesterday. She looks fine otherwise,  she is active, plays well, eats food.She had few bites of mango, I feel that to be the culprit. Kindly help me with it.

My 5 month old son is suffering from cough,chest congestion today morning. He is on BF+FF. Doesn't seem interested in feeding.
