My daughter is having severe cold. Due to which she had ear pain n fever too. Now fever n pain is not there but severe cold n running nose is there

My baby is one month old and she is puking her feed since last night and she is consuming milk in small proportions .I can feel the temperature on her body but when I check with my temperature probe it's only showing the range between 98-99•F. Is this a serious concern do I need to take her to the clinic . Please kindly give me some advice is it alright if I gave her 0.25 ml of Crocin .
