Child Health Issues

My Son's doctor gave hexaxim for his 6 week vaccine. However for 10th week vaccine hepatitis b is not prescribed and hexaxim contains vaccination for hepatitis b as well. Since I am out of town for 3 months. I cannot visit the same doctor. Kindly suggest which vaccine should i go for 10th week?

My son is 5 years and has loose motions. Not quite frequent but has gone twice today. Please advise medicine.

My baby who is 14 months old is having absence seizures. , he stares at one place for a while and we takes him he faints so we consulted to India also,we have done EEG , heart rate and other test as well , all test are normal.We are using the medicine regularly also...But after that now when this happens he shivers for a moment and then stares for while but he did not faint . When this happens we tried to drag his attention to some other thing also. But he does not response for anything. This happens and last for a minute or two....I am very worried as this is happening very frequently and after using the medications also I did not notice any change.

My daughter has fever of 104, it's strated with 101 . today morning she did vomit with cough. Should I contact doctor or can I continue with paracetamol suspension, fever medicine.

My baby is 3 months old. 3 days before , he pasd stool 4 to 5 times in between 2 hours. Doctor prescribed dakson ORL, reflora z, p zone drops and abelgyl-N. N to stop breastmilk and start simyl my. But after giving ORL, his stool stops and also he started playing normally. We continued reflora z, p zone but has not used abelgyl-N , and simyl mct. He us still taking breast milk. Till yesterday he was fine just having some cough. Today he passes stool 4 times in whole day. Do I start antibiotic

We are going to Mumbai from there we are going to Goa. Is it safe to travel with 4 month old baby from kolkata to Mumbai and next day Mumbai to Goa.. We are coming back in the same way.. Please advise!!
