My 1.5 month son hasn't pooped past 4 days. He is passing gas and taking breast milk feeds. Last on the vaccine day he pooped twice. What to do?

Hi Doctor While cutting the little finger nails, we cut the skin  and blood came. We went to a pediatrician and did dressing. Please tell me how many days it will take to recover or to get the skin back. She is a 2 month old baby. which month onwards we can cut the nails. How to do it . Please suggest.
