Hello, My son (7 Yrs and 19.2kg weight) having viral fever, doctor suggested to use Calpol 250 mg, 6 ml 4times a day. But it seems that fever is not subsidizing much after 3-4hrs. It has been 44hrs. Doctor also suggested Meftal -p syrup if calpol does not work. Should I try this meftal, what should be doses for taking it. Any quick help will better my comfort. Thanks

My baby is 3 months old. We are giving lactogen to baby. She used to go for motions 2 days once. Some times when she goes for motion it will be in dark black color. But from yesterday onwards we are giving cow milk for baby. But from then she was going for motions 2 to 3 times a day.
