My son is 15 month he is having high fever which medician should i give crocin drops or idugesic plus .... he is having 101-102 degree fever

Fever is not just a symptom. It may be a normal response of body or pathological presentation of disease. Crocin just to supress symptom and  not to cure disease.

Crocin drops are safer. Try sponging with plain water to reduce fever.
