Son is 2 months old got DPT pain wala today. Swollen area and has pain. Can I give ibugesic plus n pls tell dose ?

My 2 year old son has fever and it keep coming in every 4-5 hours. In last five days we visited 3 child specialist but no one able to treat. Medicine giving: ibuprofen and paracetamol suspension Now what to do ?

Hello doctors, Good day, My baby girl was born on 2nd June 2019 she is suffering from little jaundice symptoms also. During night hours she is also passing stool comparatively to day time. During hospital stay she was passing a lot of liquid stool during first two day of her birth pediatrics examined her n advised it is normal with little jaundice symptoms. Please advise.
