Child Health Issues

My baby is nine months old.. Currently on solids and breastmilk. We put MMR vaccination last week.. After the vaccination baby is not eating solids properly.. Seems a loss of appetite..my doc said fever or rashes may occur after two weeks.. Is it a vaccination effect?? If so how long does it last?? Can u plz suggest me a remedy.. Baby not at all eating solids after MMR

My daughter saying stomach pain abdomin i.e lower side of stomach..can you suggest any syrup.she is active only but still once in awhile once in 10 min she says tummy pain.

My baby is 3 month old and is on formula milk. Baby feels comfortable when I gave 2 spoons of cerelac. Can I introduce semisolid to my baby. Usually they say until 6 months only milk but what will happen if I introduce earlier.
