Hi, My 3.5 month old baby boy has the rashes on hand as shown in the picture. Please let me know if it is a insect bite or some other rash. He doesn't cry when we touch the rash.

Hello sir my baby was 15 days old now a days we observe from 9*or 10pm she was sleeping since than she not awaking midnight while night she was sleeping.. Earlier she wake for some milk we given so my I know the reason and is this comman or because till morning she sleeping till 7am.. Midnight also she not asking milk Pls revert
