CBC test shows WBC is 4.3. Is it ok? also what test to be done to identify it is typhoid. she has high fever.

My daughter is of 4 months diagnosed with pyloric stenosis. What could be the best treatment as she is vomiting little daily after feed.

My daughter having cough from last 3 days. I was consulted with my pediatrician in pune, he prescribed Tuspel syrup and one antibiotic.but from yesterday she is having non stop coughing. Because of this she fedup n restless. Also she is ometing after coughing. Tiday she omets 4 times. Please advice i am worry about her.

My 4 month old baby girl has been continuously grunting and fussy since last night. She is otherwise a healthy baby. This is the first time she has been like this. She had only slept for 7 hours since 1am. Her feeding is also fussy. Apart from that she has been shaking her head vigorously from side to side in her sleep and also while feeding. Sometimes she's smiling when doing that otherwise grunting. All these sudden changes are really concerning me. I have noticed her making a whistling kind of noise when she takes deep breath and coughs a couple of times a day. I use nasal drops to clear her breathing issue. As we reside in Gurgaon, the weather and the pollution levels have been bad. We use a air purifier and a humidifier. The room temperature is set to 23c. Why is the baby getting fussy all of a sudden. Please advise.

Hi, My daughter is 1 month 8 days old, taking only breast milk 2 hrs once . she cries while urinating and motion from past 10 days. She does frequent semi liquid motion and urinate almost 2 times with in 1 hour. I consulted doctor he gave 'walamycin- antibacterial' but still she cries 3-4 times a day before she poop. Kindly suggest us what i can do. Thanks Swathi

My baby on his 6th day had echo n found 3mm os asd with mildly dilated ra/rv ...will it close naturally? No murmur s found ..we had echo as he was born with preauricular tags.. plz can anyone help me ...is dis 3mm a pfo or asd?
