My child is ne year old and he is facing teething trouble...the gums are turning red nd swelling..due to this problem fever is remaining 100 to101. One lower teeth is coming ..but upper gum is troubling alot himm..suggest us what we so

I assume you want to say one year old child. Any other issues apart from gum to know the cause of fever... Like cold cough, vomiting, loose stools , feeding difficultly ??

Give paracetamol drops which ever you have at home .. please tell his wt.. send photos of his guns if possible
