Hi...we have vaccinated our baby with MMR and JE first doses an hour ago in a clinic nearby.It went well as the hsptl took all precautions during the pandemic.But in hurry i forgot to ask whether it causes fever to my baby and the doctor didnt tell anything about the care  after vaccination.After reaching home i gave him luke warm bath.Is it okay to give him bath??Did i make anything wrong in giving him bath??I am scared if it harms my baby.what to do now??what are the side effects of MMR and JE vaccines?plz explain the care to be taken to help my baby...as i came to know that MMR is a live virus vaccine. Did i make any mistake in vaccinating my baby during this pandemic..as his body cant fight a new virus such as covid..

Since 4 to 5 days my baby have cough ...he is 3 month 5 days old...his cough get increased in the morning...We r trying home remedies like ajwain shake, turmeric in my milk but not completely gone his cough what should I do?He don't have fever his weight is 6+ and feeding session s are normal
