My baby is 5 months old he is having ear ache in right ear. Whenever we touch the right side ear he starts cry.

Feed him In Upright position
Burp him well
Is there any discharge from ear?
Can give dolo drop to relive pain.
If itching and pain / discharge persists get an evaluation done
