My baby is 2 years old.we r going to do ear piercing in a  traditional way with gold. Can u suggest numb cream and how many times we should apply before piercing .

You can apply lignocaine jelly to the ear lobe 10 min before the piercing. But keep in mind, once the effect wears off, the ear will hurt for 3-4 days.
