Child Health Issues

My son age 2 year but his weight only 9.5 kg,very under weight.he is very poor eater .how to increase his appetite and weight.he has also a constipation problem.

Baby age 7 days mostly he will as passing urine night times lot like 5 to 7 times passing urine .formula milk am giving night time becoz breast feed not getting much .pls tell about frequant urine normal or what .in night time if not give formula milk than he was very crying .

My son is 8 months old and he has been passing motion loose from 6-7 days now initial day was 7 times and later reduced the frequency to 4-5 times. Bit scary when he passed motion at night sleep. Fever is not high it comes to 99.3. We see that his lower teeth is coming. Please help

How to avoid constipation problem in my kid. We are feeding him with mothers milk n formula milk too. Going for motion regularly but very hard and he is making sounds in order to push out and struggling for 1-2 hrs for the same. Please suggest

Son is suffering allergy every night. It's like when we he is off to bed he asks to itch his back and then it turns red with raised skin of different shapes..it's happening at night and then by morning he is all fine.. it's been happening for a week now.. we r not even able to understand why is the allergy happening because he has not even been introduced to new food or habit. Sometimes the allergy can be seen behind ears also but weird thing is it happens at night only when he is off to bed.. we try changing clothes.. apply aloe vera gel .. soothing cream .. wiping his body.. but still it appears.. why?

Respectful doctors, Really appreciate your contribution at this pandemic time. My son 2.5 year old is suffering from severe cough for last two days. Before that he had fever for 3 days, but now fever is normal. But continuously coughing without able to sleep. Wet cough he is not able to spit it out. Kindly suggest something. We are giving cough syrup Codistar DX 3ml twice a day and using puff Levolin for easy breathing.

Hello doc, My son is going to turn 1 year does April 4th but his eating habits is off a big tension for me. Even now he doesn't have rice and dal he really hates carrying food  it to his mouth especially rice. I was giving him a saucer size matter in the afternoon and night but these days he even not liking it he started dating now I am assuming this could be the sign of the thing of low appetite for what can I do in order to replace A deficiency of rice and dal as many advising that the party is not so good to give multiple times as it increases body heat. I try giving him all possible healthy food but he doesn't open his mouth at all he hardly have half piece of Toast and small babies watermelon and that's all for the entire day he is going climbing towards breast milk I am seriously worried about it is nutrition so is the party firing twice a day and what should I do if this is not eating

Hi Doctor, My 2.5 months old daughter's 10th week vaccination is due on 30th March. Due to the current situation how long can I wait. Will this delay impact the baby's growth. Is there any option of getting vaccination done at home. Regards, Pranav

My daughter is 25 days from the time of her birth she countinuesly losing water with potty. Her potty part is countinuesly being wet due to losing continues water. So she had got rashes and wound in that part. I have consult my doctor he gave medicine just like ( BEXILUS, BIFILAC, CEFOLAC) but got no relief.

My 1 year 4 month old son had a cut from nail. He took all the vaccines untill now. ( PCV b1 mmr 2 and varicella 1 is postponed) Does he need tetanus Injection ?
