My daughter is 2.5 yrs of age.
Yesterday morning she had fever and since evening whatever she eats that will come out through motions.
Though she is active but not willing to eat anything now. No cramps but going frequently for motions without eating as well.

Hi,
Probably child had viral fever. Loose stools may be due to that only
Now child is active. So no need to worty
Give light food like curd rice, Khichdi etc. Curd is good for stomach
Give plenty of water
Can give WHO ORS. dilute it according to instruction
Avoid junk food
Avoid fruit /fruit juice when there is loose stools
Next Steps
If your child has fever give Paracetamol according to weight

Hi I can fully understand your worry.
Since child is active.. dont worry. GIVE ORS and keep child hydrated... if there is no fever... no vomiting.. baby active... and no blood in loose motions dont worry.
Also feed her properly during this episode.
