Fever, vomiting and loose motions
Hi, my kid is 6 years old. Y'day night onwards till morning today, he had high fever around 102+. He had vomitted 5 times in the night. And 5 loose motions so far in green color. He is not even able to understand when motion is coming sometimes. Now no fever from morning. Need help in medication.

Give ORS syrup. Zioral 5ml once a day for 14 days Syrup. Neutrolin b 5ml twice a day for 3 days
