My 4.5years old son is suffering from dry  cough since yesterday which medicine should i give and in what quantity ,kindly suggest!

Giving calpol 6 ml every 6 hrs.temp is 100-101.occurs every 6 hrs.fever since Wednesday night.no running nose,cough.

Hi Sir/Maam, My son is going to be 3 years in July end and he is not chewing his food he just swallows, we are trying our best in teaching how to chew his food and failing. His diet includes dalia and ceregrow because of his not chewing problem. Please guide me to the best solution.

Hello, my son is 2 months old. After his one month he had developed umbilical hernia. its was small in the beginning but gradually increased till now. he is top feeding. he has gas problem and he is straining excessively and making sounds while passing gas and when he is sleepy. these days his straining has increased quite a lot specially in the morning. will this sexcessive straining increase the hernia further more? i am very concerned about whether the hernia will increase because of straining. is there any remedy which can decrease his straining habit?please reply.

Hi, In this time of coronavirus, does it make sense to go out and get vaccination for my baby who is 9 weeks old? Can this wait for one more month? If yes, how long can we postpone this? Please let me know Thanks in advance
