My Child taking only mothers milk

My baby girl , completed 8 months on 6th july, she is not showing any interest on food we keep like cerelac, home made cerlac she is showing only interest to her mother's milk If we keep other food she is crying and not all eating If we paly any song on TV for some time she eats after some time she crys alot doest eat at all Some times after giving food she will be silent 15 to 30 minutes after that she becomes active Some times even she vomits Please solve my child's problem We are fearing to take hospital to due this pandemic situation Please give solution to my child problem
