My baby girl is 5 months old.while passing stools some black threads appearing in her stool yesterday we given storlac sachets with milk these black threads are increased today but baby is active and doing well and good

My 18 month old is still not walking, but stands with support. She is weak overall but very active. Should we be worried

1 year 7 months boy baby.. He is suffering from fever.. Gave paracetamol. After giving medicine fever reducing then again fever coming in after few hours. Fever not there means playing once fever came means he is not playing starting crying sometimes. Actually on Wednesday we put vaccination for him. But he got fever on Friday evening.. that is 2days after vaccination. This fever is because of vaccination or what?  After vaccination fever will come immediately or after 2days also it will come or not. Feeling very scared about fever at this time. Kindly reply.
