After 6th week vaccination instead of .5 ml paracetamol drop we given 1 ml mistakenly for 3 times .is it any problem did i stop giving it .

1ml every 6 hours for 3 doses is definitely higher. You may give the correct dose subsequently after 6-8 hours ,if baby is having fever. If no fever do not give it.
