Child Health Issues

My child has difficulty in understanding language on his own and communicating with others.Although he is a very active and happy child,he memorizes things easily but he is having difficulty in learning language by listening to others and i felt that due to this most of the time he lacks concentration due to which he is unable to learn language on his own.He has some unusual interest in seeing things like fan,A/C,mixer grinders etc.He get afraid of very silly things if he sees them for the first time like showers, room heaters, technician visiting our home, visiting new places, seeing anything unusual which he has not seen before.As the time passes with gradual and consistent effort he overcome the fear and star feeling comfortable.He generally don't want to come out from his comfort zone.Due to all these reasons it is very frustrating sometimes to make him understand certain things like and he also become very adamant at times.

Hi, my kid is 5 weeks old. Sometimes he is making sound from his nose while sleeping. Not sure if it's coz of cold or is it usual. Just a note, we have started feeding formula for the baby with bottle occasionally as breastfeeding milk wasn't sufficient for the kid. Can you please suggest what's the cause and remedy for the same, thanks.

My 3 years old neice woke up today morning complaining about itching on legs(below knees).I saw hard red coloured bumps on her legs.Is this due to any allergy or insect bite?

My daughter is 1 yr old .her weight is 7.2 kg..her birth weight was 3.18 kg...Till 6 months I gave her breastfeed...She can walk on her own now..She is active child...Do potty mostly 3 times a day after meals..She has 4 upper teeth and 2 lower teeth.. Now her daily diet is .. Dalia with ghee in the morning ..8:30 -10 ..  then breast feed...11:30 ..lunch...1:30-2:30...rice vegetables or dal roti with ghee .. In evening 5:30-6:30..Mango shake/ banana shake or glucose biscuits in 1/2 cup milk ..Dinner..7:45-8:30...dal roti/ khichdi with ghee. ..At night I breastfeed her before sleep My concern is why she is not gaining weight. What could be the reason apart from nutrition as I think I am giving her proper feed .Please advise .Attaching her current prescription and weight,  height data since birth.Doctor advised in march to take care of her nutrition before that doctor used to say her height weight is fine.
