Can we improve the baby skin by using specific soaps, massage oils? Please clear my doubts if yes please suggest the soaps n massage oil

Is it ok to give it daily 1 ml? Once we started giving iron drops baby poop colour was blackish. Is it normal? Is it ok to give rubired drops daily?
