Child Health Issues

Hello As I'm providing breast milk for my baby im giving vitamin drops inclusive(multivitamin 0.5ml and vitamin d3 1ml) up to 3months for my baby. So is that okay to provide same quantity for the baby 4 to 6 months or as long as i provide breast milk or do i need to stop providing drops.

Hello My baby is 4 months old as im providing breast milk and vitamin drops both i.e zincovit and vitamin d3. Is that okay to provide both at the same time or do i need to provide it at different time. Before or after feed kindly clarify

My son is 9.5 months old. he is having cough cold and phlegm. can i give him fruits? is orange/apple safe in this time or not? please advice.

My baby is 10 months old. His birth weight was 3.5 and present weight is 7.1kg. I couldnt see much increase in weight in last 2 months. I m giving him good meal. His daily meal include Morning- semolina wd dry fruit /veg/fruits Lunch-khichdi, chapati and curry Mid evening- fruit juice musk melon ,papaya Dnner- mutton tahari,chickn rice What is missing in his meal i couldnt understand Kindly give me suggestion.

Dear sir Since 3 days baby having motions per day around 5 I used derolac satchets but no result kindly advice any other medicine . . Baby age 9 months running weight 8.500kg May I know if baby getting tooth at this time motions will happen or not becoz my parents might be he getting tooth that's why he was passing stools is this right or .not Pls tell any other good syrup and dose No fever and cold anything . Little fever came and gone now no fever..
