Child Health Issues

My baby is 5 days old only, he is also under weight birth time only 2.2 kg..I don't have breast milk to feed my baby, pl suggest any formula milk to feeds my infant, he is also suffer newborn jaundice 12.5.

My baby is 2.5 months old.breastfeeding only.weight 5.1kg now Birth weight 3.3 kg My concern : baby is not sleeping day time...i cradle her or rock her to sleep but wakes up within 15 minutes...mqximum time she sleep in a whole day is may be 1 hour. Night time she sleep...8 hours or 9 hours Is this a problem?if she dpesnt sleep day time will it affects her development? How can i make her sleep?

My girl 7 month old,i give 2 times 1 scoop cereal(rice)per Day And I am also continue motherfeed.but she has loose stools problem from the 1st month onwards.everyone Said"its a normal after completion of 3rd month it will change automatically".5th month we take a motion test for this problem,the result is mucus And bacteria present.they give medicine.at one stage overdose leads to loose stools.so we are stop to give medicine that problem solved.but 2 days once she have loose stools problem up to now.Even giving white rice in that day also Same loose stools(with mucus).I don't know what type of food I will give.if need any scan for understand the problem. I don't know what can to do.please help me sir/madam please.

My sister son he is 6 years old.. 2 weeks before he fell down in pool. It was very deep and drank some water also.. then we went to pediatrician he gave few tablets. From that incident he is suffering from breathing problem.. he used to play and in middle he is telling can't able to breathe.. what steps to take? Is there any problem? Plz reply
