Babies who are exclusively breastfed are often pass less frequently stools. Up to 8 to 10 days often normal. Nothing to worry. Suppository is not recommended for fear of injury and laxatives not required. Give fore milk and hind milk of alternate breast for a longer time.

It seems ok only , if child doesn’t pass gas or abdominal distension and running fever or decrease in urine then it is problematic. And make sure child is fed breast milk from each breast completely , as initial part Maori of liquid and later part more of fat and protein . So complete emptying of breast milk while feeding important for child nutrition and growth .

3month old baby , as long as the child is taking only breastfeeding,  passing urine regularly  and passing gas ..its ok to wait. If ur baby becomes cranky, not even passing gas and with distension of stomach need to seek advise in person
Next Steps
continue breastfeeding,  wait but be watchful,

Hi. This is normal. If the baby is feeding well and active, nothing to worry. You can wait for 6-8 days.
