These photos are hard to say if there is tongue tie or not. Is the baby able to stick tongue out? Nipple issues could be the other cause. Nose block? That can cause frequent unlatching too. Is there adequate weight gain?

Tongue tie. However it shouldn’t interfere with breastfeeding. Stop giving bottle feeding. Need to consult.

Greetings Behavior resembles a classic "flow preference," as a bottle provides a quick, effortless stream of milk compared to the active work required during breastfeeding. It is also possible that an overactive milk letdown is causing the baby to pull away to avoid swallowing too quickly, or a slow initial flow is causing frustration and sleepiness. While structural constraints like an anterior or posterior tongue-tie can limit oral movement and make a deep breast latch too exhausting, this requires an in-person assessment. Potential solutions to explore include practicing paced bottle feeding with a slow-flow nipple, experimenting with laid-back nursing positions to manage milk flow, and getting a professional evaluation from a pediatric dentist or lactation consultant.
