Child Health Issues

My son is now 5 months old and he has been top fed majorly with aptamil. Though I did breast feed him for starting 2 months but then due to severe health issues and reduction in secretion, I had to top feed him.How should I introduce complimentary food to him and what all should/can I give him to eat/drink. Please give as proper list.

My daughter is 19 month old and she doesn't speak any words clearly earlier when she was 13 months old she speaks words like mamma papa and bachche and ego etc but now she doesn't speak any one of them

My child is 4yrs 6m old. He struggles with writing/colouring/drawing. He switches hands for his daily tasks except - # opening caps, lids - left hand always # brushing teeth - usually right hand but switches # using spoon - usually left but switches He is being mentored for writing using right hand currently.. but he cannot do anything of this type (writing /colouring/drawing) on his own yet. He is otherwise very sharp and observant and can read quite well but is quite restless. We have been at it past one year and have tried both hands for writing. Results are similar with both hands.. Due to covid, schools are closed and we are also unable to visit any pediatrician physically. Please help. Is there a possibility of him being ambidextrous?

My baby is 14 months old. She was suffering from fever last 2-3 days. From Yesterday her fever is gone. But from yesterday red rushes type spots showing her face and Peeing very less from yesterday...her weight is 9 kg...no other symptoms right now...

Sir, My son got frequently stomach pain. Yesterday he got fever also. I have given paracetamol  for fever and carmicide for stomach pain. But he is still saying that he have stomach pain. What can i do pls help...

Since Morning, My 18 months daughter is having high Fever 102.8., Since we take reading from underarms, I have added +1 to the reading, it was showing 101.8 Given Treatment : Paracetamol T 98 Medicine twice (difference of 4-5 hours). Glucose water of 200 ml.
