High fever
Hello doctor my son 1year old now. Since last three days he is suffering with fever 99-100.5 F Range. Iam using crocin 250mg/5ml suspension syrup 3ml for every 6hrs gap. But still fever is comming mostly in the evening time. Sometimes cough also. Iam very worried and scare present situation please give your valuble suggestion . Baby is active and intake food also good.

So as long as child is feeding well and active nothing new has to be done specifically
Just give symptomatic treatment
What you are doing is absolutely correct.
If there is more cough then give a cough syrup mucolite ls or something
Isolate urself with the baby.
If you are symptomatic or child becomes lethargic and dull and not feeding well we may test child and yourself with covid rtpcr.
Again no need to panic children are affected but mildly so just isolate and continue whatever treatment you are doing
