Sitting with his own support

7 months old..when he sits with his own support with hand on bed ...sort of bends lil downward Should I place baby in this position often like 15 mins at a time .. through out the day mayb 5-6 times...he seems to like to stay in this position ..but is very unstable ..he likes Playing while sitting with support.
