Hello, my baby is 6days old... But she neither breastfeeding nor using bottle... Specially in day time she did not want to drink milk and all time sleep... What to do?

My girl baby is 8 months old now. She is drooling. Under her lips I can see little white patches of skin? Will this go away automatically or should I need to take care about it? Also when summer started small red bumps (dots) strated on both of her cheeks? What is the cause and what is the treatment for this? It's been 1 month that this red patches been existing. Thanks in advance.

I have 17 days old daughter who was born as 3.1 kg. On day 4 while discharge she was 2.9 kgs and since then she has not gained weight atall. Please suggest if there is any solution. She is purely on breast milk and feed is also adequate for her. My diet is also good and i m drinking enough liquids also. She is too thin, i m worried
