Red tiny spots after fever
My son aged 1+ year had fever with a light nosy like symptoms. Given paracetamol with mafenamic acid and cefodoxmie suspension for last to days and the fever has not been repeated. But he has few red tiny bump in his forehead. I wonder whether it is miseales! Please note that No one in the family has fever or related issue nor we have been out of our home. I am attaching an image for your reference. Please help me to know if it is miseales!

These look like mosquito bite marks to me. You can check by putting the finger on it and blanch; if it disappears, it's a mosquito bite only. If you are still in doubt, please seek a proper consultation as the doctor would like to know more regarding fever and rash pattern, vaccination status, other symptoms.
