If patient is active in afebrile period, no cough n breathing difficulty, no contact h/o covid,..can wait 3 days since onset , if it's not staring a decreasing trend by then ,u better consult a pediatrician

The dosage of syrup plays an important role so firstly check the dosage here it’s like
Syp Calpol(250/5) 3.5 four times a day only if temp > 100 administer.
In between need to do sponging also
