Child Health Issues

Can anybody help me in understanding this report ? It's urgent. My sister is having recurring fever from 2 months.

Sir/Mam, My daughter of 04yrs Age, 15kg weight and 3feet8inch height suddenly starting limping with her right leg without any injury and she has no pain, no injuries And she also did not know that she is limping. When she walks normally she limps and she has no problem in running. The problem started 07 days ago. Do some needful 🙏

Hello sir Baby age 8 months healthy baby weight 10kgs. Sudden today now observed some left eye was had little redness starting in eye .. kindly advise any drop or what to do any tips pls if it's increased any drop pls advice.. thanks

My baby was born on 04-May-2021. On the same day he was vaccinated for BCG, OPVo and Hep-B 1 dose. Initially there was  redness at the injection site. Now it has a small lump. Is it worrisome?

My daughter is 9months old, achieving all milestone but weight gain is slow. She was 3.01 kg baby at birth and at 9 months she is 6.5kg we give her raricap, kidrich D3 and zincovit . She is on 3 meals and 1 snack. Crawling, standing with support, sometimes stands 20-30sec without support . She sat in 5.5 months without support and is highly active. Is there anything to be worried about?
