Child Health Issues

I have one daughter who has 18 months old.my wife is corona positive since 3 days without any symptoms but she has body weakness. I want to know that can my wife feed my daughter.

My 3 year old daughter hardly speaks 7-8 words. We are constantly trying to make her talk. But she mostly explains things using signs nd by touching things doing the acts(like pretending to kick a ball without a football or hold a pen and bite it when she wants a chocolate) nowadays she gets irritated when we don't under her signs or she finds it difficult to explain. She'll put her finger on her tounge nd neck when we ask her to repeat words after we say.. as if she's saying that she Cnt say it. We have seen her trying, she tries a lot but can't speak. We hv seen many doctors they say that she's totally fine but we haven't done any kind of test yet. What should we do ?? What are the tests that could help us to find where nd what is the problem??

Hi bby is 8 months old and she is having loose motions. Doc suggested bifilac gg sachet. Can you please tell how much quantity shall I give to my daughter and in how much water

Hi, my son is 15 months old and he doesn't wants to take meals. He prefers to be on cow milk and even doesn't takes water. We have taken all measures to make him eat and drink but he simply refuses. Please advise.

Hello mam/sir, My 18 month old daughter was stay with my wife for 3 days  who was tested corona positive now.there is not major symptoms to my wife but she feel weakness.Now she is taking all medicine but I want to know that there is any need of medicine for my daughter. My daughter tested negative report when I go through test. Please tell me is there any medicine needed or what I have to do for my baby.

My daughter came in contact with me I am recovering from covid 10th day. She has blocked nose and little fever.

My son is 3month 20days old, he pass stools once in a week(5-7days) from his birth. He has gas and farts alot. From last 20days there is red-white pimples in his foot, doctor has given crotorax lotion and fluconazole 50mg tablet but not much relief. Can I use dabur janamghunti for gas and constipation.
