I have 5 months old baby...as a feeding mom seen that my baby lost weight 1kg in 15 days bcoz of  decreasing breast milk ...how to increase milk,is that any problem loss of 1 kg in 15 days. What are the alternate foods to me and my baby...pls suggest me

My baby was born on 04-May-2021. On the same day he was vaccinated for BCG, OPVo and Hep-B 1 dose. Initially there was  redness at the injection site. Now it has a small lump. Is it worrisome?
