Low sugar level @ 3rd after birth

My son was born on 30 July 2021 via normal delivery his sugar level was initially monitored and was fine ( range 80 from beginning) but today it went down to 38. I'm not having enough milk to feed him. Is that the reason? His sugar spiked after taking formula (15 ml) range 83.
Please note I had gtt done on 7th month and my gtt was positive and sugar was controlled using diet and exercise.

nothing to worry, it was due inadequate milk.
