My son from yesterday passing watery loose motion for more than 5 times and he looks less active, he is specifically for formula fed and past one month giving solid  food and also lesser times only urinated yesterday so I given sporlac sachet yesterday night but more than three times passed still till morning so given ORS today and drunk around 200ml slowly please suggest shall I continue with this sporlac and last time doc suggest z and d along with this so give the both and how long will it get recover
