It's been four days that she is suffering from cough and runny nose and gets fever at every. At present giving her Relent+ with dolo-250mg

My baby is 9 months old. She is having vommitings on regular basis. When we give semi solid food, she is forcefully trying to get vommit. If I use any medication, she is not feeling that vommit sensation but if I stop medication, same situation repeats.. can you please help me out.. thanks in advance..

Doctor suggested levolin plus but pharmacist gave levolin for my kind . I realized after giving twice . Will it be fine ? Do I need to change medicine to levolin plus and start giving now wards please let me know . My kid is 4 years and by checking X-ray doctors told he have hypersensitive air disease

Hello..all my 4 month old son is having this kind of feet. Is the feet swollen or its normal. There is no pit formation when I press it. This was somewhat present from birth. Kindly guide if it requires doctor's intervention.
