Hi
I have a 3.5 month son. My son is exclusively breastfeeding.
In order to produce enough milk I need to eat more than my hunger which is causing weight gain. Also, I feel ravenously hungry.
Please suggest some advice so that i can provide enough milk to my son while maintaining weight.
