My 2 yr old son eats snacks and fruit but not at all interested in eating rice. Please help with any advice or tips. Thank you

My 8 months old baby boy is having diarrhea and vomiting. Doctor prescribed Emeset for vomiting, we are giving ORS also. I feed baby with nestum rice and breastmilk. Vomiting stopped but there is no improvement in diarrhea, he passes watery stool especially after feeding 5 times from today morning. Yesterday also he passed watery stool many times. His body temperature is normal. I'm worried about his health. Please suggest me some medicine to stop his diarrhea.
