Hi my baby born with 2.5kg now she is 1 year old and her weight is 7kg only.also she is not eating food properly.what food should I feed her

I have a baby of 12 days, born on 8th sep. She got admitted in hospital to get treated for jaundice on 13th and discharged on 15th. She is breast feed since starting, but when admitted in hospital docotr said my milk is not sufficient for baby and so jaundice increased and they gave formula milk too.. i am continuing the same now also.. but baby seems sleepy since birth.. for every feed i have to wake her up for every 2.5 hrs.. otherwise she will wake up by 4 hrs.. does that mean jaundice came back.. its said babies with jaundice sleep longer then usual babies.. we have regular check up after 10 days.. but bit worried about it.

My daughter is 2.5 year old and has not passed Stool from past 4 days. Kindly advice any medication for her immediate relief.

My 1.5m old baby had dark green stools hence on doctors advice we did a stool routine. it shows reducing substance  present. she is mostly breastfed and topped with Nan LoLac. we use NanLolac because she has had blood jn her stools twice. so doctor was suspecting lactase deficiency but never confirmed it. And now this green stools. does the report mean she has lactose intolerance? should I do reducing substance test as well? Attaching report.

Hi My baby is preterm and born in 31 week. Weight 1.5 kg. On minimum support in NICU. Antibiotic was ongoing from day 1 and on 9th day some antibiotic reduced. On 10th day CRP rose to 70 which was at 7 on day before. Also jaundice increased. We are worried too much, dont know whats happening. How much time it will take to recover.

Hello sir my 5 week old baby has vomited yesterday and today also ...but she hasn't passed stool from last 2 days ...she is having gas problem also n she is straining all the time as she is trying to push something out I m very tensed PLZZ help
