By mistake I have given expired ascorill syrup to my 3 year old baby boy... Very tensed. What to do?

My baby 30months old. She jumps lifting one leg. She doesn't know to jump pply. How to practice her? Also she runs but as parents ee would catch her hands while running as she has fallen many times. I'm afraid to leave her run alone as she may fall.

My son is 6yrs old From last one week he is having fever which sometime high n sometimes the body tamprature come down his whole body have severe redness my paediatric told me 99% he is suffering from dengue so I took some test the reports r here so please suggest me wt to do

My one year daughter affected by dengue nd now recovered, since 2weeks. Before dengue her weight was 9.7kgs. now she weighs oly 8.6kgs. she has a very poor appetite. She doesn't even want to drink water. Though she s somewat active but not like before. v forced her to give water, bcos her urine is yellow. Dono how to increase her appetite... Pls help me or prescribe any syrup for mean tym to increase her appetite. Generally she s a good foodie, want to taste everything ... But not 😣

My 7 months old male child is having dry cough and running nose. He vomited by coughing strongly, I could see sputum in his vomit. His nose also get blocked offen. His body temperature was 99 f yesterday and today it is 98.4 f today. His sleeping and feeding habit is normal. I'm  worrying about his dry cough. I have cough and cold since 2 days and I feel it got spread from me to him. Please suggest me remedies for my child's dry cough.

My baby not sleeping more than ten hours and her sleeping schedule also changed after one month 15 days injection. Last night at 1am she was wake up still she has not sleep. She is feeding well urion regularly motion also normal. Please suggest

We have done vaccination for my baby today at 10 am and he is crying lot and not feeding. currently no fever observed can I go for paracetamol drop T-98 it was prescribed by doctor.

My 8 year old child from a month goes to urine very rarely in a day around once or twice only and sweats a lot playing throughout the day and his urine colors are dark and water intake is less also. Is it anything to be worried about.
