  4. Rashes come and disappear. Suggest!

Rashes come and disappear
Hello,my son is 3 and half yrs old,from last 2,3 days I am observing whenever he is itching his body red rashes appear and after sometimes disappear on it's own,also during bathing when i scrub him after sometime rashes appear in the scrubbed area then go on it's own.Is it something to worry.Please Suggest

Nothing to worry about. It may be related to soap. Use a mild soap like cetaphil bar soap or dermadew b bar. Also use cetaphil moisturizing lotion.
