My son has fever from last 24 hour and whenever we give him liquid paracetamol it come down for couple of hours than it go back fever as usual

My baby is 2.5 month old.her second dose is due.the vaccine she got earlier is not available at our new place.can I give her other brand vaccine?or should I give her government prescribed penta2?

My baby girl is 4 mnths 18 days old.. Since last two mbths she gets distracted during feed and not taking enough feed.. Pee count is around 6 to 7 times but yellow.. Biggest issue is she doesn't take feed during nights.. She sleeps well.. Ashe doesn't even dream feed. And when active she keeps playing.. Because of this my milk supply is going down..i started giving her 90 ml formula twice with spoon..now she is grabbing spoon and playing with that tooi really don't want to give formula but iam unable to leave her with empty stomach..How to make her feed at night.. People say ur baby is looking lean.. Pls advise if this weight gain is ok.. Also to maintain milk supply I bought philips avent manual pump.. But when I pump I hardly get 40 ml which is making me much worried.. On one side baby keeps playing and my pump output is low.. Pls suggest how to overcome this situation.. Bw 2.8kg, current weight 5.3 kg ( same weight since 2 weeks) , roll over milestone achieved at 3 mnths 20 days

We had a boy just 10 days before. My new born is having motion daily 12-15 times. Is it normal? Doctor told it's normal and he will get adjusted to breastfeed given some time

Doctor my niece completed her 4 dose intradermal anti rabies vaccination Last 4th Day 28 vaccine on 30th November 2021 vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 and today again a street cat scratched her with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so should she need to take anti Rabies vaccine booster dose ?
