Fever,cold and mild sore throat

Asked for Female, 37 Years

Hello Dr. My son is having cold,fever and mild sore throat from last night.His mother and father are covid positive. I gave him sinarest AF and duoflam DS 6ml. We can't visit any doctor as none of us can step out.Can you please confirm if above medicine is fine and any additional medicine needed. Thanks
