My 4 months old baby had sneezing now developed dry cough..the secretions i think is present inside her throat..full breast feeding..should I be giving cough syrup

She is 2.5 years old can we give her boiled egg and scramble egg , omelet. Thank you for your help and you can help with other protein diet it will be helpful

My daughter is getting fever since 18 days along with severe cough and cold. all her blood, urine and chest x ray reports have come normal, why is she continuing to get high fever every evening?
